Uses: Relaxing herbal tea, helps with stress and anxiety. May help with disturbed sleep patterns, restlessness, nervous tension, stress, anxiety and hypotensive.

Directions: Dosage: 1 Heaped teaspoon per cup of boiling water. 1 cup an hour before going to bed use for 2 nights then 1 night off. For anxiety or stress can also be drank during the day.

It is important to note that some people simply stop recalling their dreams at all when they start using Silene undulata or any other dream herbs.
It is not fully understood why this happens, but often, these people will begin experiencing lucid dreams when they stop taking the dream root.
